Fitness Testing
The very first session of our "FREE"
Weight loss Training was held today at 1000hrs, bishan stadium.
In general, people love to see progress
and will generally be more motivated when results do happen,
hence we decided that the very first session
will be for the identification of the client's cardio-vascular fitness level.
We conducted the Fitness Testing in the form of the Rockport Walking Test,
where the participants will walk for a mile.
It took no more than 30min to complete the test.
Bear in mind that the objective of the program is primarily weight loss and general fitness, as such other fitness components like flexibility, strength and agility ect. are not included in the fitness testing.
